• I’ve not received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order, then please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to correct the problem as soon as possible.

  • Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.

Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS.

  • How do I return an item?

If you are not  satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

Please contact us at [email protected] for the return.

Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to the nearest USPS.

Send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to our customer service team.

We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

  • How do I place my order?

Ordering online from Fiasco Clothing is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the attributes and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. Next, enter any discount coupon codes or Z Points that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

  • How much is the shipping cost ? 

 Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

The shipment method you choose (we offer USPS Standard Shipping : $4.99)

The destination country that the package ships to;

The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

  • Do you accept returns?

 We gladly accept returns for unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

  • Do you ship internationally?

 Unfortunately, currently we are shipping within the US only.

  • What if I like a product that’s listed as “Sold Out” online?

 Contact us! Many of our products are customized, print to order, besides we restock often. Just drop us a line at [email protected] and we’ll research its status for you.

  • Can I get expedited shipping? 

 At this time we don’t offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can’t guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because it depends on your address, the post office and other relevant factors.
